As of today, Monday, September 24, we go to Rockbridge in ONLY 17 days! October 11-13. If you haven't signed up yet, there's still time! Bring your form and $ to Mr. Irwin in Guidance or mail it to the YL office at PO Box 4222 Greensboro, NC 27404. Join 150 other Vikings for one of the best weekends of your life. If you need a form, download one here. You can watch last year's Rockbridge video here. If you need to raise $ for camp, ask a YL leader. We know of some yard work you can do for $10/hour.
Parent Email List
If your parents would like to get emails about NWYL, have them email the NWYL Team Leader, Gretchen Bennett. Ask them to include their name, your name, and your grade in the email.
Insta-Club
Next Monday, Sept 30th, we're having 'Insta-Club.' No need to wear anything special, but if you want to create a shirt like one of these, that would be sweet! We're playing some crazy Instagram games we've created: 'Man-Crush Monday,' The Wheel of 'Insta-Fortune,' and others. This will be a club you don't want to miss!Redneck Club Hoe-Down
On Monday October 7th we're having a Hoe-Down at the Foster's Farm (Emma, Sam, & Issac). It's located near the Oak Ridge Commons at 1729 Oak Ridge Rd. Oak Ride, NC 27310. Dress is your best redneck attire. This will be one of the best clubs of the entire year. An annual fall tradition for NWYL.
'Merica Shirts
We sold out of the NWYL shirts at the first club because there were 221 Vikings there!! Don't worry, we've ordered more and they'll be in this upcoming Monday for $15 at Insta-Club.
Campaigner Groups
We have Campaigners groups that meet on Sunday nights.
The freshmen groups will start up after Rockbridge.
Senior Girls meet with Wendy from 7:30-9:00
10th-11th graders, and senior guys meet at Drew's house 7-9.
Prayer Breakfast
Friday October 4th at 7:30am at Church at Edgefield.
